AOR I-3-C (Indole-3-Carbinol) 200mg
I3C is indole-3-carbinol, a nutrient that is present in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and brussels sprouts. I3C may help support a healthy balance of estrogen metabolism.*

Recommended Use:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications, especially methadone, cyclosporine, codeine, statin drugs, and protease inhibitors.
