Directions
Adults & adolescents 14 years & older: 1 tsp daily. Children 1-13 years: 1/2 tsp daily. Adults (rheumatoid arthritis): 2 tsps daily.

Recmmended daily dose
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: 1 tsp. (5 mL) daily.
Children 1–13 years: ½ tsp. (2.5 mL) daily.
