The RSVP Culinary Torch is the perfect tool for giving your crème brulee that perfect caramelized shell that everyone loves. This compact culinary torch is 5 ½ inches tall and has a textured rubber body to make the torch easy to hold. Give your foods and deserts a golden surface, or caramelized look with this easy to use torch.
Torch Features:
- Torch measures 4-inches by 2.75-inches by 5.75-inches.
- Corrugated body for firm grip, and a removable safety stand for easy storage.
- Easy on and off trigger, efficient flame adjustment lever, and safety lock.
- Holds 64 ml of butane fuel which burns for 60 to 70 minutes.
