Relaxus Hot & Cold Gel Pack
The Relaxus Hot & Cold Gel Pack is easy to use, fabric-covered, reusable, microwaveable and freezer safe. It is used by physical therapists and healthcare professionals to relieve pain from sports injuries, sprains, muscle aches and back pain.

- Hot Therapy: Heat in microwave in 15 second increments.
- Cold Therapy: Store in freezer for 1 hour.
How to use
Hot: microwave in 15 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Cold: store in freezer for a minimum of one hour. To clean: wipe surface with cold water and mild soap. Caution: Do not over heat gel pack. If the pack is too hot, set aside and allow it to cool before applying to skin. Never apply hot or cold pack to irritated or damaged skin. If you feel discomfort or pain, discontinue use immediately. If you have concerns regarding your health, please consult your physician before use.
