A water based formula and it adds shine and makes your nail art to last long. Use Topcoat for added scratch resistance on top of Piggy Paint Nail Polish.

Suggested Use:
Apply 2 to 3 thin coats of nail polish and air dry for 60 seconds or blow dry nail paint with hair dryer for 1 minute on warm heat/ low heat setting. Apply Topcoat and allow nails to dry to touch. For better results use it with Piggy Paint Basecoat.
