Use at the morning-first urine and then three additional times during the day. Please note that it is normal for the pH value to fluctuate from alkaline to acidic and acidic to alkaline throughout the day. A neutral pH is approximately 7.0.
What is a pH test strip?
A pH test strip is a strip of litmus paper that may be used to determine the pH of a liquid. At varying acidities, the chemical in the paper causes the paper to exhibit a distinct color. The official pH scale ranges from 0 to 6, with 0 being extremely acidic and 6 being extremely alkaline.
How do you use pH balance test strips?
The pH scale, which stands for potential hydrogen, is used to determine how acidic or alkaline a material is. This ranges from 0 (acidic) to 14 (alkaline) (very alkaline). The acid mantle of your skin is responsible for the pH of your skin. While retaining moisture, the acid mantle protects skin from exterior effects such as germs, allergies, and pollutants. Your acid mantle will normally stay somewhat acidic with a pH of about 4.5-5.5 to keep your skin balanced. UV radiation, humidity, and skincare products can all cause this to happen.
