Omega Alpha Stinging Nettle
RECOMMENDED USE
Used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic, diuretic, and in supportive therapy to help relieve rheumatic complaints, and is also used to help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.
INGREDIENT PER 1 TEASPOON (5 ml)
Urtica dioica Extract 1:1 (Stinging Nettle Herb Top) .................................. 5 g
OTHER INGREDIENTS: Purified water and 25% Ethanol.
RECOMMENDED SERVING
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) one to two times per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
RECOMMENDED DURATION OF USE
For occasional use only (diuretic).
CAUTIONS
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if security seal is broken.
