Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin) is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins.* Vitamin B-12 is also essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells.* Brain B-12 contains only the methylcobalamin form of B12, which is the coenzyme form.* Methylcobalamin is considered an enhanced form of B12 and is the same form found in natural food supplies.* It is believed to be a much more active and bioavailable form of this vitamin.* It is the form that crosses the blood-brain barrier and is active in brain and nerve tissue.*

Recommended Use:
Take 1 lozenge daily. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Fructose, Sorbitol, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable grade), Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable grade).
Risk:
Vitamin B12 supplementation can mask a folate deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate Folate.
