Recommended Dose: Adults and adolescents (12 years and older)—1 capsule once daily. If you are on an antibiotic(s) or an antifungal(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after.

If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have diabetes or if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. This product also contains the following incidental ingredients from the fermentation media: heat-killed Saccharomyces cerevisiae, gum arabic, soy flour, pasteurized black strap molasses, lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus), bromelain (deactivated) and papain (deactivated). Contra-Indications: If you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, if you are undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), do not use this product. Known adverse reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
