Recommended Use :

Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Source of antioxidants that help protect cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help tonify and replenish the lungs and kidneys, and resolve phlegm.

Recommended Dose:

Adults: ¼ tsp (1g) 1 time per day
Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
