Instructions
Use after your regular brushing and flossing routine; rinse your mouth thoroughly with water before use. Adults and children aged 6 and older: Rinse for 30 seconds with 20 mL (4 teaspoonfuls) twice daily. Do not ingest. Supervise children aged 6 to under 12. Not suitable for children under 6.
