Directions
Adults - Take 2 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Zeaxanthin (marigold flower)...750mcg.
Astaxanthin...500mcg.
Black Currant extract 10:1...200mg.
Vitamin C...250mg.
Zinc (citrate)...7.5mg.
Copper (citrate)...1mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.
