Directions:
Shake well. Start with 1 - 2 sprays and work up to 10 - 15 as needed. Spray onto clean skin, focusing on sore areas and rub in. It will have an oily feel; however, the product will absorb quickly. Avoid broken or freshly shaven skin.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. This is normal, and the sensation will ease. It can also be alleviated by applying a moisturizer between the spray and your skin. Discontinue use if a rash or irritation occurs.
Due to the magnesium, the mister can naturally become clogged. If this happens, rinse the nozzle under warm water.
