Metagenics OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 720
OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 720 features a concentrated, purified source of omega-3 fatty acids from sustainably sourced, coldwater fish. Each softgel provides a total of 430 mg EPA and 290 mg DHA.

Recommended Dose:
Children (aged 9-13 years): Take 2 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children (aged 14-18 years): Take 3 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 4 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
